Here you can find all the important information about Vienna Calling 2022 to enable a smooth registration.

Admission fee

Vienna Prelude (Thursday 7 July): 8 Euro

Vienna Calling (Friday till Sunday; 8 – 10 July):

• Pre-Registration (until 20 June 2022): 
  Friday till Sunday: 40 €
  Saturday till Sunday: 25 €
  
• Registration (after 21 June 2022):
  Friday till Sunday: 45 €
  Saturday till Sunday: 25 €

The online registration is open until 30 June 2022. After that, you can register on site, at the registration desk, at the increased price.

Timetable

The timetable enables you to choose your mealtimes more precisely, so that you don’t miss your favourite Caller and Cuer.

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

The BSFZ has a canteen where meals are offered in a buffet form. In order to receive breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, this must be booked and paid for in advance within the online registration. Different time slots can be selected, and we ask you to comply with them.

In addition, there are various other food offers on site that do NOT have to be booked in advance. For more information, see „Food & Afterparty„.

Afterparty Saturday  

There will be afterparties on Thursday-Saturday on the grounds of the BSFZ. For the afterparty on Saturday, a barbecue buffet (incl. vegan option) is planned, which must be booked and paid for in advance via the online registration.
Included in the price is an „all-you-can-eat“ barbecue buffet and soft drinks.

Overnight stay at the Hall

All information about staying overnight (hotels, apartments…) can be found on the homepage under „Accommodation & Arrival“.
In addition, an overnight stay (BSFZ – Judohall) is possible. This must be booked and paid for in advance via the online registration.

Caravans and Camper Vans

At present, there are 60 pitches available for caravans/camper vans. More information about the location and the conditions on site can be found under „Camper Vans and Caravans „. These must be booked and paid for in advance within the online registration.

What else we want to know

In order to be able to plan better, we ask you for the following information. This is not a binding booking and must be paid on-site!

Afterparty on Thursday and Friday 

On Thursday there is the possibility to buy various rolls (sandwiches) and pretzels after dancing, on Friday we offer pizza. The afterparty meal on Thursday and/or Friday must be paid in cash on the respective evening.

Tours

We have arranged city tours through the city center of Vienna. On three dates, 2 guided tours are planned in parallel in German and English. The tours start in the city center of Vienna, take about 2 hours and must be paid directly on-site in cash. For more information, see „Tours in Vienna“
